Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like SRVmedia to delete information AdIntel has retrieved about you — including information submitted through a Lead Ads form on one of our clients' Facebook or Instagram Pages, or a connected staff account's profile information — you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to gtm@srvmedia.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". To help us locate your information, please include:

• The name of the business/Page whose ad or lead form you interacted with, if known.
• The name, email address, or phone number you submitted, if applicable.
• Your Facebook user ID, if you are requesting deletion of a connected staff account.

What happens next

We will locate and delete the information associated with your request from AdIntel's systems and confirm by email once complete. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

Deleting your information from AdIntel does not delete it from Meta or any other platform — to remove your data from Meta directly, use Meta's own account settings or Meta's data deletion request tools.
