AdIntel

Privacy Policy

Effective July 27, 2026

AdIntel is a business-to-business software platform operated by SRVmedia and used internally by SRVmedia staff to manage advertising campaigns and marketing data on behalf of SRVmedia's client businesses. AdIntel is not a consumer application and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, individual consumers or children.

This policy explains what information AdIntel collects when it is connected to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other advertising platforms, why, how it is stored, and how it can be deleted.

Who this policy covers

Two categories of people's data may pass through AdIntel:

  • SRVmedia staff who connect a client's advertising accounts to AdIntel.
  • People who respond to a client's Lead Ads forms on Facebook or Instagram — individuals with no direct account or relationship with AdIntel itself.

Information we collect

  • Connecting staff member's basic profile. When a SRVmedia staff member connects a client's Meta account, we read that person's Facebook user ID and display name only, so we can show who connected the integration and record it in an internal activity log. We do not request or store an email address, profile photo, or any other profile field from Meta.
  • Client advertising account data. Ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, and Business Manager identifiers and names, plus campaign, ad set, ad, and performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions) for the client's own advertising accounts. This is business data about the client, not personal data about an individual.
  • Lead form submissions. When a client runs Lead Ads on Facebook or Instagram, we retrieve the information people submit through that client's lead form — typically name, email address, and phone number, though the exact fields are defined by each client's own form, not by AdIntel. We use this solely to help the client (through our mutual agency relationship) follow up with the people who expressed interest in their business.
  • Product catalog and delivery diagnostics. For clients running catalog-based ads, we read catalog inventory metadata and delivery-health diagnostics to help diagnose underperforming campaigns. This is business data, not personal data.

How we use this information

We use the information above only to:

  • Create, edit, and report on advertising campaigns for our clients' own accounts.
  • Retrieve and display lead submissions so our clients can follow up with prospective customers.
  • Diagnose delivery and performance issues on a client's advertising account.
  • Maintain an internal record of which staff member performed which action, for accountability within our own team.

We do not use this information for our own advertising or marketing to third parties, and we do not sell it.

How we share information

We do not transmit lead data, campaign data, or any other information collected through this integration to any third-party system automatically. Where a client wishes to hand off lead information to their own sales or CRM process, our staff do so manually and outside of AdIntel; AdIntel only tracks whether a lead has been marked as handed off.

We do not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any party other than the client whose advertising account the data came from.

How we store and protect information

  • Access credentials (OAuth tokens) used to connect to Meta and other platforms are encrypted at rest.
  • Each client's data is isolated at the database level so it cannot be accessed from another client's workspace, and all access is logged in an internal audit trail.
  • Lead submission content is stored as originally received and protected by the isolation and audit controls above; it is not additionally encrypted at the field level the way access credentials are.
  • Our infrastructure runs on established cloud hosting providers using industry-standard transport security (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.

How long we keep information

We retain campaign, ad account, and reporting data for as long as the client relationship with SRVmedia is active. Lead submission data is retained for up to 12 months from the date it was received, or deleted sooner at the client's or data subject's request, whichever comes first.

Your rights and how to request deletion

If you are a person who submitted a Lead Ads form to one of our clients and would like your information deleted from AdIntel, or if you are a connected user who would like your connection data removed, contact us using the details below. See also our Data Deletion Instructions.

Children's privacy

AdIntel is a business tool for advertising agency staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision.
